Full Circle Healing Center’s scheduling is very simple: you may call the office or you may walk-in.
2, How do I get an appointment for Medication-assisted treatment?
By calling the office or walking into the office.
Complete new patient paperwork
Review policies and procedures
Lab work
Urine drug screen
Meet with Case-manager to discuss evaluation with therapist and initial appointment with MD or NP.
3. How fast can I be seen by a provider for MAT?
Same day or within a few days.
4. How long is the initial appointment?
Please expect to be at FCHC for 90 minutes
5. What addiction medication do you offer?
FCHC offers medication to treat opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder –Buprenorphine, Sublocade, Vivitrol (oral and injection), Campral
**** After a comprehensive evaluation by clinician and medical provider. FCHC’s medical provider determines if patient is appropriate for medication.
6. Do you prescribe methadone?
No, FCHC is not a methadone provider.
7. Do you offer Sublocade?
Yes
8. Do you require therapy as part of MAT?
Full Circle Healing Center’s “BRAND” is Well-Beyond Medicine. We understand that medication alone is often not enough. Full Circle follows regulatory guidelines which include individual and group therapy.
9. Does FCHC allow drug testing only?
No, Full Circle Healing Center is not a drug-test only site.
10. Does FCHC have an on-site lab?
Yes, FCHC has an onsite lab which is run by LabCorp.
